2 mask of wrinkles with sprouts

Fashion for the seedlings that comes, it leaves again. Painfully, it is a troublesome thing - the seeds germinate, and, frankly, they taste good, though, and quite possibly useful. However, seedlings can be in a face mask, and even add ready-made fly supermarkets.

How to sprout

Germinated, usually brown rice, barley, rye, millet, wheat, lentils, peas, pumpkin, sunflower seeds, chickpeas, beans... Use the seeds intended for food and not for planting. The latter tend to react to various chemicals.

Before germination the seeds are sorted out, washed in running water and covered by about a third in a clean glass jar. Then the seeds completely fill with filtered water, and cover with a clean jar natural fabric.

After 8 hours, the water is drained, the seeds were washed in a solution of potassium permanganate and 2-3 times in clean water.

Then, one of the ways the bank put the seeds in a bowl with water and cover with a large piece of cloth, so that the ends of the tissue lying in the water. Make sure that the plate was always water.

Germinated seeds (can be used with a barely hatched sprouts and shoots up to 3 cm), washed again in a weak solution of potassium permanganate, and clean water.

Store the sprouts in the refrigerator. The seeds were stored longer, they can be mixed with honey or lemon juice.

If this process of germination showed you too much trouble, facial masks can replace wheat germ or any other meal. Peas and nuts before adding to the mask, you can grind in a coffee grinder.
